Meet Kristen Faith
Hello, I’m Kristen, the heart and soul behind Faith Resolutions. My story is about more than just bookkeeping; it’s about a journey filled with love, learning, and the pursuit of making a meaningful difference in the world.
Born and raised in the scenic landscapes of Maryland, my life has been a beautiful blend of family, adventure, and a deep-seated desire to help others succeed.
Married to my high school sweetheart since 1997, I’m a proud mom of two incredible daughters who have now ventured out to create their own paths. Our home is filled with joy, and at times, chaos, brought by our dogs, Max and Ollie. Our adventures often take us hiking through America’s breathtaking national parks. When I’m not exploring the outdoors, visiting my daughters, or immersing myself in a Jodi Picoult novel, I’m passionately working to transform the financial landscapes of businesses.
My journey to founding Faith Resolutions wasn’t a straight path. It began in 2000, after a career in recruiting and education. I’ve always had a knack for teaching, organizing, and diving deep into the details. These skills, combined with my core values of integrity and honesty, led me to the world of bookkeeping and financial management. I saw a gap—a need for business owners to have a trusted partner who could not only manage their finances, but also empower them to focus on their passions and grow their businesses. This mission is deeply personal to me, as I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and joys of running a business.
I started Faith Resolutions part time as I raised and homeschooled my daughters. From the early days to becoming a full-time QuickBooks Guru, my commitment to learning, improvement, and delivering exceptional service has been steadfast. This dedication ensures that you’re always receiving the best possible financial management services.

Meet the Team
Emily Miller
Prior to joining the Faith Resolutions team in January of 2021, my work experience included administrative work, financial analysis, data entry, and quality assurance. I am self-motivated, conscientious, detail oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to ensure our clients’ financials are balanced and on track each month. In my spare time, I enjoy caring for the animals on our farm, horseback riding, reading, and spending time with my husband and sons camping, fishing, and engaging in various other outdoor activities.
Krista Arrazolo
I’m a detail-oriented, number-crunching bookkeeping professional based in Houston, Texas. I have an Associate Digital Bookkeeper certificate through Bookkeeper Launch. I also have certifications in QBO ProAdvisor, Xero, Gusto, and Hubdoc. I love helping business owners grow their businesses and reach the level of success they desire. I’m bright, receptive, and a hard worker. Your success is always the goal!

I’m a mother of three from Orange County, California. I’ve been a bookkeeper for over 2 years. Before I became a bookkeeper, I was a middle and high school math teacher and group exercise instructor.
